I’m Moobs. I write things here when my brain won’t shut up.

I’ve been a geek longer than most modern platforms have existed. I came of age in the era of floppy disks and gaming cartridges. Videogames that came with manuals that you could read on the loo for hours. Somewhere between learning how IRQs worked and endlessly tweaking my WinAmp skins, I grew up. Mostly.

This site isn’t monetised. There’s no agenda. No newsletter. No hustle. Just the mostly harmless musings of an ageing geek — part nostalgia, part digital therapy, mostly soapbox.

I like old games, obscure tech, clever writing, and people who can hold a conversation without checking their phone. Also: decent coffee, bad jokes, and lots of side quests.

Poke around. Or don’t. I’ll probably still be procrastinating either way.
